Is it all wired back incorrectly? The fans are a simple self contained circuit between the shunt box, fans, relay, rad switch & an earth.

Have you connected the water temp & temp warning wires correctly & check they aren't broken by the brown multiplug (if you have one).

The oil temp takes a while to start showing & is the wire connected to the sump sender.

Graham.

Which 'fan fuse' are you talking about, as there isn't usually one?

A power lead comes from the battery to the shunt box (a black box thing on the slam panel or battery tray) where more than one live wire comes out. The shunt box just distributes power. Do you mean a fuse in there?

Then one of the wires out of there will go directly to the switch in the radiator. Out from that switch comes two wires, which both go to the fan, but one goes via resistor usually attached to front panel by the headlight or nearby.

That's all there is to that circuit, and as there's not usually a fuse that I'm aware of, you have either not plugged it in (at all or correctly), or the rad switch or fan has failed. You can check if the fan works simply by giving its connector some 12v and an earth. If the fan works you've narrowed down where to look.

As for the sensors, as Graham (PT) says it's either a case of not being connected (the spade connectors are near the thermostat for the water temp) or in the wiring inbetween somewhere, such as the brown plugs something's not quite making connection correctly.

With both cases it'll be something simple.
