Megajolt Problems

hi

after a long time of messing around with various serial cables i have finally got my laptop to read the megajolt software.

but i am only able to view the configurator which is reading well above my actual rpm and i am un able to adjust any of the values

as the tune.bat programme wont read the serial port.

 

has anyone else had these problems or is able to help.

 

i have tried the guides given with the programme and autosport labs website.
