mogsman 2 Posted July 20, 2009 Hi all, my offside tail lights have stopped working. The nearside cluster is working fine. On the offside I'm not getting any power to the plug on the pink wire, which after a search found out to be #63. The haynes joke book doesn't show a 63 which my wire goes along the rear to the nearside and into the loom not directly into the cluster. Is there any simple fix to get my side lights working again? pug_ham 242 3 Cars Posted July 20, 2009 Has your car had a phase 2 conversion kit fitted or was it phase 2 originally? Unfortunately haynes doesn't cover the phase 2 rear lights but it sounds like your car is originally a phase 2 as the offside lights have a seperate loom that runs directly to that light instead of va the nearside one on phase 1 cars. Check that fuse #12 isn't blown, thats the power supply fuse for the rear side lamp - right. Graham. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
mogsman 2 Posted July 21, 2009 I've put in a 10A fuse and all is well. Is 10A the right fuse? I took out fuses 6 and 12 last week as the haynes joke book say they are spare when I put in electric windows. Obviously fuse 12 does the offside tail light but is fuse 6 spare?
