Front Arb

Hi,

 

is there any diference between the front arb of 205 1.4 and 309 1.4 or 1.6 non gti, thickness and lenght.

Does the front arb of 309 fit to 205?

The base model 205s have a different wishbone ARB setup to the gti so thats not compatable as they dont have droplinks. The 309 gti/dturbo ARB can be fitted its 21-22mm iirc however from experience you need to fit a thicker rear arb (24mm) to compensate otherwise it will be very understeery!

The standard arb on the XS is huge anyway, not sure upgrading it to a thicker one would gain you anything. Better off changing the subframe for a GTI item as there will be more handling gains availble and more adjustment.
