205 Rear Window -the Bolt That Clamp The Window To The Hinge

Recommended Posts

How do you remove the nuts that clamp the window through to the hinge, I can unscrew the torx bolt from the inside, but cannot get the bolt head out of the window glass- feel I m going to crack the glass with to much pressure

Is there a technique, are they glued in place?

Thanks for help

not glued, or weren't originally, the glass should come off without pulling these out though, probably just tight on the seal.

You had me puzzled for a while there, but now I see you mean the rear side windows. The nut isn't meant to be glued in, but someone may have used some sealer or similar in the past to cure a leak. I'd try slipping a razor or stanley blade carefully between the nut and the glass and working it around. That should help it on it's way.
