Rear Handbrake Cable Outer

My Offside handbrake cable snapped yesterday and when I had a look underneath the outer cable has also snapped at the point where it dips slightly before raising up again to the rear drum.

 

The car's a 1990 1.6

 

I can find plenty of places for the handbrake cables but nowhere for the outer.

 

Any suggestions / ideas?

there a complete unit only about £8 or so, get them from any local motor factors or GSF car parts online.
