Rear Brake Setup

Recommended Posts

JayCC

Hey,

After finally fitting my rebuilt rear beam, im having a little trouble remembering where certain brackets go at the rear.

Here are some photo's i took, can anyone take a quick photo of their's so i can use it as a guide? Also what is the little bracket (on the brick in the photo) for? I have one for both sides but cant remember where i removed them from. I think they had something to do with the handbrake cable.

as you can see, the top bracket connects to where the top bolt goes to hold disc protector on, and the bracket on the brick is where the handbrake is held up. it's fastened on with the bolt that holds the end plates of the a.r.b

tried phoning you a couple of times

are you happy with the ride height, or does it need to come down a touch?

Jay, any idea what damper boltentres distance you set the torsion bars to for a standard looking ride height?

Never put a beam together for a standard height on a 205 so I dont actually know how low my car is sitting at the moment!
