Wiring Loom Mi16

Hi...

 

 

I have a 205 1.6gti and I would put into a 1.9 mi16 engine. I'm need a specification od modification of wiring loom wich I have to do. I have a ECU of mi16 engine. Can you help me please?

Where has your donor loom come from & is it a Motronic M1.3 or ML4.1?

 

If you don't know post your ecu number up & we'll find it from that.

 

Below is the M1.3 diagram (right click, save target as..);

I'm sure I've got the ML4.1 diagrams somewhere, I'll post them up once I've found them.

I will check for the number of ECU.....

 

but I'm need another diagram...I have some mont away seen a wire number on a green or brown plug. There was wxplain wich wire on Engine I have to conect to the wire of car....do you understand? :unsure:

 

Because I have to conect a wire of ECU to the wire wich goes into the car.

I think I understand what you mean.

 

The plug you mention is probably the brown plugs under the dashboard where the wiring splits to go through the bulkhead into the engine bay & also round to the tachymetric relay near the ecu.

 

The main connection to the ecu is from the shunt box with a direct permanent feed.

 

The wires you need to join to get it running are the fuel pump feed (#76), coil feed (2a) & rev counter (112) & K light (74) iirc.

 

What year is your 205 & what car did the loom come from?
