Running Hard Brake Likes Through The Car

Recommended Posts

Rich_p

I am shortly going to be running hard lines through the car, including a bias valve.

I need to go and buy all the bits but am unsure on quantities required.

I know I’ll need a t piece to spilt the rear line but I need to know how many unions etc and what sizes plus how much copper pipe do I need to buy? (is the copper pipe a standard size?)

I’ve never had to purchase such items.

Can anyone help advise me on this please?

Copper pipe normaly comes in rolls of something like 5 meters so one of them will do. It's 3/16" pipe by the way. The brake unions are metric on the 205 so you might as well keep it that way with the new ones so buy M10x1 parts. Just count how many unions you will need.
