Rear Flexi Brake Hose

the rubber casing on it is split but its not leaking any fluid, is this an mot fail? i actually have a spare, but if its no biggy then i'll leave it as is till i do the beam.

I would think it'd be a fail if its actually split, I had an advisory for perished ones.

Mine failed on a perished hose It was cracked but not leaking.

I'm slightly concerned this is being asked! Its on your brakes- if it is not right- sort it out ASAP!

If it's anything like mine were then I would just replace them. I ended up getting some braided ones from DemonTweeks as they were on offer (first time ever they were quoting a decent price!)
