S16 Which Leads & Coil Pack

I have a standard S16 engine on Omex 500 ECU & Jenvey throttle bodies. This is a rally car so always getting thrashed.

 

Which HT leads should I use & what are they off?

What coil pack & what are they off?

What spark plug should I run?

Depends on your budget, but as the Omex 500 has 2 ignition outputs, I'd use an M&W Pro12, 2 channel M&W CDI and possibly two of their doubled ended coils, COI002, if you don't have anything worthwhile locally. Serious competition products.
