Stupid Question Time, Hand Brake Brackets

hi , this is on my phone. So sorry for layout. The hand brake cable brackets on the rear beam, do they sit under or over the roll bar lever? So between the lever and beam. Or on top of the lever. Cant for the life of me remember! Thx

So you have the trailing arm, arb end plate and then the bracket which is held together with a M8 bolt
