Steering Racks

I've been looking into replacing my steering rack and found this on the 'bay..

Anyone have any ideas about why these are so cheap?

Do you think they are a shoddy refurb job?

Assuming there listing is truthful then it sounds like they are getting rid of excess/old stock.

 

Its odd the way they say it wont fit a 1.9, as far as I know the 1.6 ones are the same, also they say it is a manual rack but show a photo of a power steering one!

The picture isn't even a 205 steering rack!

I'd avoid any cheap rack's but it's about the only thing you can get now, Pug don;t sell them now as the differance is huge.

Well, i risked my £25 and the rack arrived today - looks and feels good and tight, so hopefully it'll be good once fitted.

Im after a new rack, possibly a quick rack. Not sure the best place to get one. . Can anyone reccomend somewhere. ?
