What Are These For? Engine Bay

Can anyone tell me what these plugs are for in the engine bay.

4 is the resistor for the fans. Not sure why its up there, normally lower down, next to the rad i think

 

3 is a relay, but cant remember what for...mine has another next to it ...

 

Not sure on the others

 

Dont think 1 is 'the brown multiplug' ? Looks different, though might just be the pic..

1 looks like the 'diagnostic' plug.

1, fan system diagnostic plug,

 

2 engine speed sensor which is used purely for diagnostic purposes.

 

3.spot lamp/injection/horn relay one of the aforementioned :)

 

4, radiator fan resistor, should be on a metal clip on the top of the radiator, not advisable to have it on a cable tie as they get VERY hot.
