205 Xs Gearbox Problems / Swap

I have just gone through my third xs gearbox on my 205.

 

So, I want to fit something that will last a bit longer from a 106.

 

I know I have asked a similar question before, but I can't find the answer.

 

Is it a straight swap to fit a gearbox from a 106, what mods need to be made ?

 

Any help much appreciated.
