Ebay Torsion Bar Seller

Has anyone noticed a seller gill6393 on ebay based in Leicestershire item no. 110361628094, I was surprised at the low cost of the bars £210 so I enquired about them, he states the material he uses is High Tensile Steel and no mention about heat treatment when I pushed him on the subject.

So just be aware and make your own conclusions.
