Xu9ja/z Block And Head ?

hi all my engine as been replaced with xu9ja/z engine but is using original xu9ja ancillaries with no cat ! should i be running on 95ron or 98ron unleaded ?

What about the engine management ? is it left on Jetronic system or on Motronic as it supposed to be ?

 

Anyway either one will do on 95ron or 98ron petrol , but if using Jetronic system with mechanical ignition system (dizzy) then you'll need to retard the ignition timing a bit if you choose to use 95 petrol ... although myself i never tried Jetronic engine management combo with DKZ engine

hi Damir, on jetronic, only found out it had xu9ja/z engine when changing timing belt, i bought belt for 1991 engine but wouldn't fit, checked engine and is stamped dkz,
