What the best configuration of the brake discs and calipers, which can fit under 14" Speedline? What is the maximum diameter of the brake disc?

266mm off of a 206 gti, or some 306's ect

If you don't mind spending the cash can't you get some willwoods that fit under 14s?

Yea, the Midilite caliper with a 260x22mm disc will fit under 14" wheels (when fitted to a 1.6 or 13" when fitted to a 1.9) according to Rally Design. Received my copy of their 2009 catalogue today :)
