Oil Leak From Dizzy?

Recommended Posts

yanto

Thought i had a leak from the sump so after changin that 3 times(dont ask!) its still leaking but i dont think its the sump. It seems to be leaking further up-there was a bit of oil on the flywheel but puttin the car on ramps it seem to be from the dizzy.

Heard about the o ring-is that what it could be and are they easy to change and what about making sure the timings not knocked out?

Any help would be appreciated-with pics on how to gat the timing right would be good! :(

-Dont say look at your watch!!

Cheers J

there's an O ring on the end of the spindle. they're easy to replace; you'd just need to make some appropriate marks so that you can put it back on in the same position
