Zara 41 1 Cars Posted February 12, 2009 Hey Everyone. My Heater Blower has suddenly decided its going to stop working. Ive had a look around on some sites for my fuse board diagram and I keep getting a list of the fuses. It says number 2 fuse does several things including my heater blower. However everything else on that list works. just not the blower. Is this on its own fuse and can someone tell me which number it is please? If its not my fuse looks like im spending £50 to buy myself a new blower at some point. Its pants with no heating in there at all. Specially as the inside of my window keeps freezing aswell as the outside Thanks in advance. Zara
Goliath 94 Posted February 12, 2009 It will be your heater resistor card thingy that will be faulty and need replacing. Give me a mo I will see if I can find a guide/thread and a part number.
Goliath 94 Posted February 12, 2009 Part number 644591 £55.01 (A tad pricey from Pug) You would probably be best getting one second hand, or a new one from ebay. I can send you a second hand one if needed. Brand new one ebay £25 Some threads that might be of interest: http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.php?s...heater++working http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.php?s...heater++working http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.php?s...heater++working etc do a search for '+heater +working' for more threads. humanz 3 Posted February 12, 2009 Been checking gsf for them and a 4 pin one is £20, 5 pin £25. What's the difference between 4pin ones and 5pin ones?
Zara 41 1 Cars Posted February 12, 2009 i havent a clue.... aside from the extra pin. It must be something to do with improvement or something daft. Either that or just making life difficult later on.
