Recommended Posts

kaich

I have a mi16 loom (ecu 125 2 row, right?)

I bought a 355 motronic (3 row, knok sensor?) does it fit in my loom?

Thanks

ps: I swear, I used the search engine :)

as I imagined. ;)

so the next question is: Where can I find a 3 row loom for my Mi16? :)

you'll need to find a loom in a 405 or a BX I guess.

it will be easier to find a 2-row ECU instead, i reckon! :)

There's plenty down under! All Mi16's and BX16V's were 3 row.

I'm little bit confused.

I bougth a whole mi16 engine (including loom etc) from a 1989 405 mi16

I don't know wich kind of loom is put in this motor (I really don't watch), but the ecu is a 125

So, I've just bought a 155 ecu, can I use it?

Regards

Federico

well if the connectors are different then you obviously need a different ECU .

have you seen the loom at all? you sound like you haven't.

it's obvious or maybe not but the 3 row has 3 rows of terminals on the ecu and the 2 row has 2 rows. I didn't realise also, so it's easy to tell!

as I wrote above, at now I don't watched my loom (my garage is totally full...)

BTW I only need to know if the 125 ecu is a two row. If it is I need to find a new 3row loom. that's all. :P

thanks a lot :P

as I've read in your site, the 125 isn't powerful like 155 etc, but I have to use the 125 until I'dont find a 3 row loom
