markw 1 Posted January 28, 2009 what paint can i use to tint the edge of my perspex windows before i fit them,Halfords plastic primer? does it look ok if you just bond onto the body work as you can see the silicone through the perspex anyone got pics of there perspex windows fitted? skinner2k3 3 Posted February 5, 2009 I am looking into the same issue. You should be fairly safe with perspex as it is more resistant to chemicals than polycarb. Either way you should be safe to use any of the following paint types; Acrylic Epoxy Polyster Polysiloxane Polyurethane Basically if it waterborne you should be fine Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
