Hi there,

I am doing the 8valve turbo conversion. Have noticed some people mentioning might be worth while moving the fuel lines and filter location.

Has anyone done this and what doya need?

Thankx

replace the fuel flexi lines in the bay for longer ones, preferably braided and fit a small corsa 16v fuel filter behind the off side headlight. Creates a lot more space round the brake servo area. :)

106 GTI fuel filter + bracket from 205 cylinder type coil

DSC00641.jpg

3m of rubber fuel hose and fuel clamps (both available from any motorfactors)

mount it in the drivers side wing where the jack goes

use a pipe cutter and cut the metal pipes that come from the tank up under the servo so that they finish under the car, this will allow you to easily attach the rubber fuel hose and route the pipes further over into the corner of the engine bay and up away from the turbo
