What Other Injectors Work Well With A 205 Gti 1.9?

one of my injectors is now scrap so i want to upgrade the whole lot in one go..

 

 

what injectors would suit my car?

std 1.9 injectors tend to work the best iwth 1.9's

 

sorry to sound stupid, but there's not really an upgrade to be had in the injector department.

im not asking for an upgrade as such, probably shouldnt have worded my message before the way i did, what i meant to say is i want some injectors, that are readily available off of other vehicles that will work as well as the standard 1.9 injectors, (ideally from a newer vehicle with lower mileage)

This ones are standard injectors so either 762 or 072 they are both fine for 1.9 8v engine but i prefer 762 injectors .. write down the code : 0280150762 (or 0280150072) on a piece of paper and look for a set at your local scrappy (the code is stamped on each injector ..) , if not from an Peugeot 1.9l engine/car then from these written above ..

 

Nothing wrong with second hand injectors they'll simply work or not work , although i can strongly advice that you get them cleaned first on ultrasonic machine ..

EDIT : while you're on scrappy multimeter can be useful tool for checking them if the resistance is still good (resistance must be 16 Ohm when testing single injector)
