Heater Hoses post 1991

Hello,

One of the heater hoses on my 1992 GTI needs replacement.

Parts Manual sugges ts part number is 6464 M4.

A fast search  didn't provide much hope on availability or ordering the part  online.

Checking on ebay I found various silicone hose kits but the heater hoses on those kits are different since

they are made for models built pre 1991. Models as of 1991 have different hoses.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated as I'm based in Cyprus and old Peugeot parts are really hard to come by.

Could buy regular coolant hose of the needed dia. per meter , and simply route it round the engine bay and connect it up ..

 

Also , there's other car brand makes/models which usually have same dia. hoses going to and out of the heater matrix , just need to find one with as close as it gets to the OE bends/curves on the hose .

Baker BM sell all the hoses, they do the 1991 onwards shape heater hose either in silicone or in black rubber that looks oem.
