Alloy TU sump Baffle options

Hi all,

 

Are there any options for sump baffles for the alloy engines (i.e. TU2 S1 106 Rallye) ? I don't believe the Peugeot sport kit will fit in the alloy block?

The TU2J2 from the 106 Rallye 1.3 is using the TU3 alloy block.

Yes correct but the Peugeot sport baffle does not fit. I have bought one to try it and the crank/main bolts do not fit (the alloy block bolts are longer) and the sump (even the steel one) is shorter than the iron block one. The oil pump is also different so it's not really possible to modify or make it fit. 

 

I was therefore wondering if there is an alternative baffle kit that does fit the alloy block?

Looks fairly decent have you or anyone tested this one? The pug sport one has a good reputation and I've used it myself with good results. This would be a bit of a shot in the dark otherwise!

Pam Sport has a lot of old Peugeot sport stuff so if not the part itself at least the design should be from Peugeot/Citroën.
