Timing belt date of manufacture ?!

Please ,

 

Anybody knows how to decipher Goodyear/AE (Federal Mogul) timing belts age/date of manufacture by the numerical code printed on the belts ?

 

Tried Goodyear and FM customers support , but no reply .

 

I have two belts here , one from 2.0 Mi16/S16 , and another from 1.9 8v .

 

Printed codes on the belts as follows :

 

1.9 8v - 674 / 1135 / 0221 / 17*1 (last digit on the three always changing , as it stands for the cut of the belt from the bulk material)

 

2.0 16v - 674 / 1005 / 0182 / 083

 

Cannot work out any of the middle numbers giving the date Y/M/W ?!? .. all i know the first 1.9 belt should be fairly new around 2017'ish made , but the 2.0 16v much older as it's all cracked guess late 2000's .
