1.6 twin weber 40 to 1.9 swap.

Simple enough to do? Will my ancillaries fit? Alternator, starter motor, etc. Haven't sourced a good 1.9 motor yet but I'm assuming it'll run fine on the twin weber 40s? After a rolling road of course. Intend to keep the stock 1.6 be3 box.
