Berlingo 1.6 16v for parts?

I've been offered a 1.6 16v Berlingo for free. Its just about to run out of MOT. I originally wanted the engine to put in my 205, but now I'm not sure if I want to.

 

Is it still worth having? Are there any useful parts that are worth robbing from it before it goes for scrap?

The car is getting scrapped in a couple of days, so thought I would bump this.

engine is desirable for 106/saxo, does it have a BE4 box on it?

I believe it does have a be4 gearbox.
