Calibrate temperature gauges

Is there any adjusters in the clocks to adjust the calibration? My water is off by 10c and the oil is near 50, the oil is a new sensor so it should be fine.

Next my plan is to extend the wires, drop the sensors into boiling water and manually adjust the needles on the clock spindles
