TU3 FUEL RELAYS

Hi,any help would be appreciated.

Trying to locate the fuel pump relays on my 1988 1.4 TU3,haynes manual says they're located next to the heater which has stumped me,I'm probably missing the obvious but would welcome some guidance.

88 TU3 would surely be a carb?

Please forgive my ignorance,yes it is a carb,I now realise the pump is mechanically operated.
