Std pistons for 205Gti 1.6

Can anyone point me in the direction of a supplier where I can buy some standard replacement pistons please?

I seem to be able to find plenty of Forged piston suppliers, but I dont need forged units as its a standard spec rebuild.

Have you measured yours, most do not wear badly and can be re used with new rings and new liners.

Hi Tom, 

The engineering company who are checking the tolerances for me said that it looked like there was some wear in the compression ring groves in thePiston head (vertical tolerance) and if I could get pistons at a reasonable price it would be worth replacing them. He did say that he was was not condemning the pistons though.

He had a supplier who could supply replacements, but they now cannot.

If I cannot find a supplier, I will re use them with new rings of course.
