Front seat backrest free play

Anyone of you "old timer" members remember an topic over here about wobbly seat backrest fix - wounding an piece of copper wire somewhere on the seat backrest mechanism (there was never an picture to explain where to actually stuff the wire !) to pick up a slack making the backrest nice ant tight ? ..

 

.. simply cannot find that topic , was from year 2005 or 6 i think .

 

Failing that , anyone have an idea how to fix wobbly seat backrest ?

The lower section with rubber plugs is fine it's just the backrest having ridiculous amount of free play back-to-front !
