Read plenty of guides but am stuck on removing the output side of 5th.doesnt want to budge off the Shaft.

Can't find anything really holding it on and am scared of chipping it.

Unlucky. Sometimes they just fall off and other  times, they don’t, he said, saying the by now blindingly obvious. Bearing puller will do the job, but I guess you do not have a set of these  or you would not be stuck. You could try cleaning up all the oil and applying a bit of heat to the gear and then using a couple of wooden wedges to see if that will move it

Managed to chip it so it's in the bin now. Thankfully Miles had a 5tg in the correct ratio in so it's been a lesson and an annoying expense lol.

My bearing pullers are too small or too big to get in there so tried heat and wedges, gave the Shaft a tap and chip... Bleh!
