How to remove rear quarter inside panel

Hi 

I can find loads of info to remove door cards but not the rear panel 

 

can anyone help I don't want to break it

There's a screw behind where the seat belt comes up and through the rest is clipped on from memory. Start popping off from the b pillar and work your way back be carefully as not to rip the bits that hold the trim clips onto the trim panel off
