xud turbo pump on a non turbo engine?

Hi folks, does anyone know if the xud turbo injection pump can be used on a non turbo xud engine?

My injection pump is leaking quite badly on my non turbo engine, thing is i have a turbo engine in my garage and was thinking of fitting the pump off that engine. Can it be done?

Afaik it'll physically fit but not sure how good the fuelling will match.

 

What engine do you have fitted & is the TD lump you have?

 

I fitted a Bosch pump in place of a Lucas one & just a stud needed relocating on the pump bracket, along with the matching pipes & injectors.
