Dta Map, Sort Of Running

Recommended Posts

86alexp

I went for first start last night! It sort of ran for a few seconds, I went through various menus and calibrations before I started, but it is not happy. This is the first time I've done this so its all new to me, I just want to get it some sort of running for now

Would someone with more knowledge than me have a glance at my fuel and ignition Map, to see if I'm anywhere near? That would be really kind.

My Spec Is: -

Peugeot 1.9 Mi16 XU9J4

DTA S60 pro ECU

11:1 CR

262 Cams

38mm TB's

GTi-6 265cc Injectors

Grouped Injection

Wasted Spark

I'd be interested to know what power you're making; I have a similar spec.

Too much timing down low for smooth idling at a guess.

The ignition map looks back to front to me. ie idle should be 10-12 degs.,100% throttle at 3000 should be 24 deg., 100% at 5000 26 deg. etc.

Thanks for the advise.

It was the fuel map being to lean which got the car running.

I will have another go at the ignition map. I mainly just want to be able to drive to the RR, but I would also like to understand a bit of what I'm doing. I'm using advance for idle control, which I think affects this table too. Although not sure I have understood how to set it up properly yet.
