Where Can I Buy New Valeo Headlights From?

Recommended Posts

I am after a new pair of original headlights for my Dimma restoration but I am struggling to find any.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Gsf, ecp etc are worth trying, or even breakers as i have found that they last very well on the later cars.

Ecp's website (carparts4less) lists valeo ones. About £25 each if i recall.

Ecp's website (carparts4less)

Just a comment, although carparts4less are somehow affiliated to ECP, ECP will not deal with any carparts4less enquiries. I found this out due to carparts4less customer service being appauling after they delivered broken goods to me, they actually rang me from a number that when googled was the ECP Heathrow branch, when ringing back they wouldn't help me.

They all list the left hand side but not the right.

I have about 6 new lights here but none of them match to form a perfect pair.

I bought a pair of valeo's from ECP a couple of years ago, no issues with the parts and were around the £25 mark. Obviously doesn't help right now but perhaps they'll order some in of you ask for the pair? Do Peugeot still sell them?

Carparts4less is owned by the brother of the chap who owned Euros.

How ever it is, the customer service from carparts is appauling, however some things are very cheap so I am not going to say just yet that I will never use them again!!

I guess you either pay cheap for parts and get bad service or pay more for parts and get good service, if anyone gets good parts , good service at good prices let me know.

£25 seems a good price, i need one this week as well due to rust around the light bulb holes etc.

Peugeot are telling me they no longer sell them.

Maybe it's just my local dealer.

Has anyone else ordered them from a dealer recently?

I need a brand new matching pair!!! That's all.

Give them 2 years and they'll be full of moisture. I've had this issue with 2 sets of "Lucas" lamps.

I managed to track down a couple of sets of Valeo headlights via GSF in Birmingham earlier in the summer.

They seemed to think this was pretty much the end of their stock, so I bought all four.

Can anyone confirm that fitting an old Valeo front glass after polishing will fit and seal on a new Lucas light using good sealant ?

I'm interested in finding an answer to this question.

Considering using some new reflector bowls on older OEM glass.

Unless someone has a pair of Valeo lights stashed away somewhere!

Just to bring this up again. I presume the cheaper brands here are not worth buying? The Valeo ones are 99quid each, so confused given the 25 discussion above.

thanks

The £25 comment was posted in 2012 and is talking about a purchase in 2010!

The one you linked to is no use in the UK or Australia.
