Yours is probably a 261200219, while Peters is probably a 0 261 200 803 or 0 261 200 808.

How much? Haha

It needs to be ~400hp, bigger turbo and the standard ecu,

I've had hardly any time to work on it at the minute, but this weekend ill try and sort the ecu :)

I want to sort lsd out before I even think about more power but if you are serious then I would definitely get one off you when the time comes

What else other than the head and manifold would you need to get the 16v in, I saw a whole gti6 engine go for £77 on ebay the other day, wish I had put a cheeky bid in

Are you sure the speedo is on right way round, cause that looks proper rapid, wheels pin aside .

Excellent, but next time make it twin scroll and worry less about the lengths. Much better for an in-line four.

Its a total rocket, even with the diesel box, It was alot quicker on the 1.9 box, cant wait to try it at 1bar boost and back on a 1.9 or 1.6 box with a 7k rpm limit.

@Petert, I dont have a twin scroll turbo :( , but if you could tell me what the best manifold would be, tell me and ill build a new one with a better turbo, Possibly one off a Evo capable of 400hp

It's easy to advise when you're not paying, but have a look at the manifold below. I went for a ride in the owner's vehicle of www.gtpumps.com.au. It's a tommi makinen EVO that puts out 385kW at the wheels. Notice the very shallow entry of the pipes. The collector is milled from a solid block of steel. It's a work of art. Maybe you could just buy the collector from him?

A Tommi Makinen turbo is not a standard Evo turbo... iirc it has an iconel turbine wheel (light and $$)

But indeed the EVO turbo's are great; but the form factor is not easy.

I don't think you get that manifold with the turbo behind a Peugeot engine in a 205.

You'll probably have to remove the RH driveshaft to make space for the turbo....

Since you have 2 entrances with a twin scroll (180 degrees rotated in turbo), only the combined runners need to be equal length, which is easier than matching 4 runners.

The area of the turbine entrance is also huge if you compare it with T25 flanges:

(35cm^2 for the twin scroll and 20cm^2 for T25, ~25cm^2 for T3)
