Machining A Gti6 Idler Pulley

does anyone know someone that can machine a gti6 idler pulley but with a outer lip on the pulley, as the distance from the s/c and crank pulley is some distance and i have modified a idler bracket as my tensioner. The lip on the pulley would help stop the flap and movement on belt. I know that rich from lynx enginnering makes alloy idler pulley but unsure if he can make them with a lip.
