Xdf File Motronic 1.3 (Xu9Jaz)

Hi Guys,

Please don't shoot me if I posted this in the wrong forum, but this place seemed best to me.

I am looking for someone who can help me obtain a XDF (or A2L / damos) file for an old Bosch Motronic 1.3.

Just a bit of background info: I am currently rebuilding my 205 with a fresh 8v engine. It used to be in our trackday car but since that one has been upgraded to a XU10J4RS on twin Webers and a Nodiz this became available to put in my road going car.

Because this 8v engine likely is going to be used temporary (just bought a 309 GTi16 donor car) I don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of getting it remapped. There the idea was born to purchase an Ostrich (moates) box which I can utilize to remap whilst driving the car. At a later stage I would like to use the Mi16 from my donor and swap the 8v in one of my other 205's.

Even better would be to convert the car to the Xsara VTS management which I have lying around and remap that to suit the 8v, but finding a XDF file for that one seems even harder. This ECU could then later be re-used for the Mi16 conversion.

So long story short:

Looking for a XDF file of a Motronic 1.3 XU9JAZ engine, and a XDF for a XU10J4RS engine.

Sorry, I've never bothered to copy one. I can give you a Motronic 1.3 1.9L Mi16 file however.

@Peter, I definitely would appreciate it. I'll drop you a PM with my e-mail.

@Dan, yes, it has been in an accident and is un-salvageable unfortunately (broken knuckle, subframe bent, roof and chassis are completely warped, etc.). Bought it from the first owner, 260 k km and running fine. The rear is still ok and rust free which I can't say of my 309 GTi16 ;). Hence why I bought it.
