Great news,

I have received my first cheque from the courts,

Once it has cleared my wife and I are going to go out for a meal with it,

unfortunately we are going to have to share a happy meal.

A grand total of (drum roll please)

£4.83

happy days

I have had no more news about it,

Just the one cheque turn up in the post,

No cover letter with it or anything,

I just assume that once he has paid enough back the next round of cheques willl be sent out.

Would it be worth contacting PH staff and letting them know about him?

Naturally I've already done that and pointed out his history and prosecution :)

It's a complete joke, so far I have received 4 cheques and it might just total about £7. It's just a waste if time, it must cost far more than the cheque is worth to process it through the courts.

Exactly how i feel, in fact I'm gutted the whole thing went down the 'proper' channels and we didn't all turn up on his doorstep and batter the c*nt! Wouldn't have got our money back but at least we would have felt better!
